Incorrect Shipping Information

Crokito is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

If your package appears delayed, stuck in transit, or marked with limited tracking movement, please contact our support team.

We will gladly assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistics partners are outside our direct control.


Marked as Delivered

If your tracking status shows Delivered, but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking building reception/mailroom
  • Verifying the shipping address entered
  • Contacting your local carrier

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse logistics.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
